Lisa de Melogue is an experienced Executive Assistant with a diverse background in administrative support and operations management across various sectors, including wineries, hospitality, and non-profit organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Marco Polo since November 2019, Lisa focuses on enhancing corporate culture and efficiency. Concurrently, Lisa is a member of eaMAFIA, the premier community for modern Executive Assistants. Previous roles include office management and executive assistance at Pop Art, Inc., where Lisa streamlined operations and improved financial processes. Experience also includes event planning for DOMAINE SERENE VINEYARDS & WINERY, INC, and the Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce, among other positions, showcasing strong organizational and marketing skills.
