Rich Curtis has over two decades of experience in the IT industry. Rich worked at ETC Computerland for 22 years, starting as a Service Manager before moving on to Marco Technologies in October 2018. At Marco Technologies, Rich currently holds the title of Support Desk Lead and Support Desk Supervisor.
