Kimberly McConechy

Kimberly McConechy is an experienced People and Culture Manager currently at Marcon since September 2022. Prior to this role, Kimberly served as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at Teck Resources Limited from April 2013 to September 2022, where significant contributions were made in a leading Canadian mining company. Kimberly's career also includes positions as a Senior HR Advisor at Hunter Dickinson Inc. and HR Lead at Ledcor, where a team was managed and various employee programs were developed. Earlier in the career, Kimberly worked as an HR Coordinator at Ledcor, gaining extensive knowledge in labour relations, human resource legislation, and employee management. Kimberly holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of the Fraser Valley and an Associate's degree in Business/Commerce from Douglas College.
