Mike Kyriacou has extensive experience in the corporate world, with a focus on business development, call center management, and national account sales. Mike began their career at Iovate Health Sciences in 1999, where they served as a Call Centre Manager before transitioning to the role of National Account Sales Manager in 2009. In this position, they managed key accounts and implemented sales strategies. Later that year, Kyriacou joined Marcone Appliance Parts Supply as Senior Management for Business Development and Call Centre. In this role, they oversaw over 3000 wholesale and retail accounts, managed the Canadian Warranty department, and ensured world-class customer service for clients such as LG, HD Supply, and The Home Depot.

Mike Kyriacou attended ICA from 2007 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Print Production with a specialization in Printing Management. Prior to that, they studied at Sheridan College from 1995 to 1997, focusing on Business and Human Resources. Before their time at Sheridan College, Mike attended Ryerson University from 1992 to 1995, where they furthered their education in Business. In addition to their formal education, Mike obtained the Certified Print Production Practitioner Diploma from ICA in September 2005.
