Nazar Yasin is a seasoned investment professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the global investment landscape. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Rise Capital since February 2013, Nazar Yasin has successfully backed Internet-enabled businesses in Emerging Markets, achieving notable exits including MercadoLibre and Souq. Prior to Rise Capital, Nazar held key positions at Tiger Global Management as a Director, Forticom as CEO leading the largest social networking business in Russia, and Goldman Sachs as Co-Head of EMEA Internet Coverage. Educational credentials include an MBA and J.D. from Northwestern University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
