Before Tafi, Jessica worked as the Director of Digital Strategy at Owlet Baby Care from 2017 to 2019. In this role, they played a key role in driving revenue growth and reducing cost per acquisition through advertising audience funnel optimizations.

Prior to their role at Owlet Baby Care, Jessica co-founded MJR Advertising, where they served as the Chief Marketing Officer. Jessica provided digital marketing and website consulting services to small businesses and non-profits.

Jessica'searlier experiences include working at Americans for Prosperity, where they held positions such as Director of Test and Learn and Director of Digital Marketing. Jessica was responsible for developing optimization strategies, managing social media accounts, and conducting A/B and experience testing.

Jessica also worked as the National Communications Manager at Americans for Prosperity and as the Director of Strategic Communications for Senator Orrin Hatch at The United States Senate, where they gained experience in thought leadership, media relations, and content creation.

Jessica R. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Utah.
