Todd Watson

Watson joined Marco’s Pizza in 2013 as VP, General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer. Watson has more than 40 years of legal experience, supporting core business transactions and scaling the business appropriately. Watson’s experience includes real estate, M&A transactions, franchise development and regulatory compliance, litigation & risk management, outsourcing, and strategic planning. Prior to joining Marco’s, Watson represented several franchise organizations and restaurants, including Jamba Juice, Taco Bueno and Burger King. He has a Juris Doctorate degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
