Eric Zhang

Eric (Kaiyu) Zhang is currently a Senior Associate at Marcum Asia CPAs LLP, specializing in IPO/SPAC IPO services for Chinese companies aiming to list in the U.S market. Prior to this role, Eric held positions at EY as a Staff Accountant on the GBA Team, at GF Financial Leasing as a Funding Director Assistant, and at Zhuhai FTZ Oplink Communications Co., Ltd. as an Assistant Accountant. With a Master's degree in Professional Accounting from Syracuse University and a Bachelor's degree in Business English from South China Agricultural University, Eric has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, audit preparation, and process improvement.
