Jacken He, AICPA, CICPA is currently the Managing Director at Marcum Asia CPAs LLP, working in the SEC practice with IPO/DE-SPAC for Chinese companies listing in the US. Previously, Jacken has worked at KPMG Nederland as a Manager in International Group audit and at KPMG China as an Assistant Manager in IPO and listco audit. Jacken has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Finance from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
