Sheeba Ramakrishnan

Sheeba Ramakrishnan is an experienced HR professional with over 15 years in human resources management, currently serving as the HR Manager for Marcura in India since June 2016, where responsibilities include process excellence, digitalization, and employee engagement for over 400 staff. Previously, Sheeba held a strategic role as Senior Executive in HR at Executive Ship Management from January 2009 to May 2016, where contributions included development of job descriptions, HR budget management, and performance management systems that led to the company being inducted into the BSC Hall of Fame in 2012. Early career experience includes recruitment for client companies at Infosoft Solutions. Sheeba holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Management Studies from the University of Mumbai.
