Larry Yarrell, II has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Larry began their career in 2004 at Diageo as a Brand Manager until 2006. Larry then worked at Motions Proline as a Brand Manager from 2006 to 2007. Following that, they joined E! Networks as an Affiliate Marketing Manager for six months in 2007. In the same year, they worked at Pierce Promotions & Event Management, Inc. as a Regional Brand Manager. Larry then joined Verizon as an Account Manager in 2008 and stayed there until 2016. In 2009, they became the Chief Development Officer / Diversity & Inclusion Program Development at The Marcus Graham Project, a position they still hold. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Frontier Communications as a Senior Account Executive. In 2018, they became the President of the Morehouse College National Alumni Association-DFW Chapter, a role which they held until 2020. Larry'smost recent position was as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Spectrum Enterprise from 2019 to 2021.

Larry Yarrell, II obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology and Economics from Morehouse College, where they attended from 1999 to 2003. Larry later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Marketing from American InterContinental University - London, completing their studies from 2006 to 2007.
