Lincoln Christopher Stephens has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Lincoln Christopher is currently serving as the Executive Vice President - Brand Partnerships + Strategy at TDJ Enterprises LLP, where they are responsible for leading strategic brand partnerships across various companies and entertainment properties.
Prior to this, Stephens co-founded The Marcus Graham Project, an organization focused on providing exposure and experience to diverse talent in marketing and media. Lincoln Christopher also co-founded LOCOMOTUS, a talent network and resource hub connecting creative professionals with organizations.
Stephens has also worked as an intrapreneur at various agencies and served as the Campus Director at WeWork's Flatiron School, where they developed and ran the Dallas campus. Lincoln Christopher has experience as an Account Manager at Aquent and as a Senior Account Executive at Carol H Williams Advertising.
Additionally, Stephens has worked in account management roles at Martin Jay Retail and TracyLocke, where they coordinated client projects and ensured their successful completion.

Lincoln Christopher Stephens completed their high school education at Bishop Lynch High School, graduating in 1999. Lincoln Christopher then attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree of Journalism with a focus on Advertising/Strategic Communications. After several years, they pursued further education and attended Full Sail University from 2009 to 2010. There, they earned a Master's in Science with a specialization in Entertainment Business.
