Robyn Holm

Robyn Holm has over 20 years of work experience in the hotel industry. Robyn started their career as an Assistant Front Office Manager at Sheraton Madison Hotel in 1998 and quickly moved up to become the Front Office Manager in 1999, a role they held until 2008. In 2008, they joined Marcus Hotels & Resorts as a Rooms Division Manager before becoming the Area Director of Revenue Management in 2010. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing revenue management for multiple hotels, including pricing strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining relationships with distribution partners.

Robyn Holm pursued their education at various institutions over the years. Robyn completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in French Language and Literature from St. Olaf College in the period of 1990-1994. Following that, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and obtained their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in French Language and Literature between 1994 and 1996. In 1993, Robyn Holm participated in a short-term program at Universite Catholique de l'Ouest, specializing in French Studies. Robyn further enhanced their professional qualifications by earning the CRME certification from HSMAI in 2015.
