Jacob Lee

Jacob Lee has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Jacob began their career as an intern at TwinRock Partners in 2017, where they managed a portfolio of multi-family and student housing facilities and developed a marketing strategy for an opportunity fund. In 2018, Jacob joined Balboa Income Fund as an Associate, where they conducted underwriting for bridge loans and researched investment properties. Jacob also created and expanded a CRM database for potential investors and borrowers. Later that year, Jacob worked as a Market Research Analyst at The William Warren Group, where they consolidated data, demographics, and analytics for commercial real estate projects. Jacob also trained new hires and interns in the department's processes and analysis methods. Currently, Jacob is employed at Marcus & Millichap as a Project Manager and Senior Investment Analyst. Jacob'sresponsibilities include providing analytical support to top brokers, creating financial models, conducting market research, and preparing strategic proposals for property marketing.

Jacob Lee attended Newport Harbor High School from 2010 to 2014. Jacob then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate at San Diego State University from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, Jacob spent one year studying International Business at The Chinese University of Hong Kong from 2016 to 2017.
