Martin Porter

Martin Porter has extensive work experience in the retail and real estate industry. From 1993 to 1999, they worked as Vice President of Community Center Leasing at Urban Retail Properties, where they managed the leasing functions for 16 shopping centers. From 1999 to 2003, they worked at Trizec Properties, where they focused on managing the leasing and marketing activities for various mixed-use projects.

In 2003, they joined Coreland Companies as Director of Retail Sales/Leasing, a role they held until 2006. During this time, they focused on sales and leasing activities.

From 2006 to 2008, Martin worked at Jones Lang LaSalle as Vice President of Retail Leasing, specializing in merchandising and leasing for mixed-use projects. Martin also provided consulting services to developers.

From 2006 to 2014, they worked as a Broker/Principal at MJP, Inc., where they provided brokerage, marketing, and sales consulting services for retail merchandising and leasing. Martin also owned and managed a portfolio of multi-family properties.

Since 2014, Martin has been working at Marcus & Millichap as the Director of the National Retail Group.

Martin Porter earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of San Francisco. Martin attended the university from 1979 to 1983.
