Filippo Baldini

Filippo Baldini has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Bartender at Red Rooster Harlem since December 2015, while also holding the position of Bar Manager at Fabbrica restaurant since January 2015. Additionally, Filippo has worked as a floor assistant at Keith McNally Inc. since January 2012. Educational qualifications include studies at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna from 1997 to 2000.
