Tamara Reynolds is an experienced staffing consultant at Red Rooster Harlem since January 2016, and the founder, sales director, and chef of Van Alst Kitchen, a full-service event company since January 2013. With a strong background in the culinary field, Tamara operates NYC's original underground supper club, The Sunday Night Dinner, and co-authored the cookbook "Forking Fantastic!" under Penguin Random House. Additional experience includes being a cooking show personality on The Cooking Channel's Unique Eats and owning a boutique catering company, One Ass Kitchen Catering. Tamara has also served as the event director and American wine buyer for Morrell and Company, enhancing her expertise in food and event planning. Education includes studies at Arizona State University and the University of Maryland.
