Mike Rantala

Mike Rantala is a highly experienced purchasing and supply chain professional with a strong background in managing procurement activities across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Purchasing at Marcus Theatres since March 2018, Rantala oversees significant purchasing operations including managing a team of buyers and a packaging engineer. Concurrently, Rantala holds the position of Director of Supply Chain at Omega Protein, Inc. since January 2015. Previous roles include Director of Purchasing at Snyder’s-Lance and Baptista’s Bakery, and Corporate Purchasing Manager at Grande Cheese Company, Chr Hansen, Inc., and ConAgra Foods, where extensive responsibilities included capital purchasing and supplier management, cumulatively overseeing hundreds of millions in annual spend. Rantala graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Concordia College & University.
