Bagus Dena Pribadi has extensive work experience in various companies. Bagus started their career as a Sales & Marketing Executive at PT Jawa Dwipa Utama in 2000. Bagus then worked at Allianz Life as a Bancassurance Sales Support Supervisor from 2001 to 2005. Bagus joined PT Asuransi Adira Dinamika (Adira Insurance) as a Business Relation in 2005. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Sales Executive at SGS. In 2009, they became a Bancassurance Regional Sales Manager at Manulife, where they worked until 2011. In the same year, they worked at CTBC Bank Corp. (Indonesia) as a Bancassurance Product & Marketing Manager. Bagus then joined Panin Dai-Ichi life as a Bancassurance National Sales Manager from 2011 to 2016. In 2016, they became the Head Of Sales at Zurich Topas Life. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Sharia Life Reinsurance Division at PT. Maskapai Reasuransi Indonesia, Tbk.

Bagus Dena Pribadi, S.Kom, QCRO, AIIS completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Computer Science at BINUS University from 1997 to 2001. During the same period, they also obtained their S1 degree in Computerized Accounting from BINUS University. Prior to that, they attended SMA 16 from 1994 to 1997, but the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
