Yan Mulyana, SE. ANZIIF (Assoc) CIP. QCRO has a wealth of experience in the insurance industry. Yan'smost recent role was as the Head of Marketing Communication General Insurance Division at PT. Maskapai Reasuransi Indonesia, Tbk. Yan held this position from February 2018 onwards. Prior to that, Yan worked at QBE Insurance, where they served as the Manager of Bancassurance & Facultative Business from January 2017 to January 2018, and as a Branch Manager from May 2014 to January 2017. Before joining QBE, Yan was employed by Tokio Marine Insurance Group as the Deputy Manager of the Broker Section & Facultative Biz from April 2011 to May 2014. Additionally, they also held the role of CMO Manager at Kurnia Insurans (Malaysia) Berhad from April 2008 to April 2011, and Assistant Manager of Agency & Financial Institution at Mega Insurance from March 2005 to April 2008. Lastly, Yan started their career at ASWATA, where they worked in Bancasurrance, Agency & Retail Marketing from January 1995 to March 2005.

QCRO completed their education at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi "Jakarta" from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a degree in Sarjana Ekonomi with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. Yan also holds additional certifications as an Associate CIP Member from ANZIIF, obtained in May 2021.
