Joyce Beumer

Joyce Beumer is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. As Vice President of Marketing at Marel since March 2021, Joyce has built and led a global Customer Solution Marketing team focused on growth aligned with business strategy. Previously, as Marketing Director Benelux and Head of Group Marketing at Papyrus, Joyce supported 16 markets and led the product management and marketing team. Joyce's experience also includes project management in CRM strategy and digital transformation research within the print industry at OptiGroup AB. An early career at Papyrus involved various marketing management positions, including roles in Benelux and France. Joyce holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from HAN University of Applied Sciences and completed further education at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
