Carlos Diego Ribeiro Matos

Carlos Diego Ribeiro Matos possesses extensive experience in process engineering and maintenance, currently serving as a Process Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Marelli since October 2017. Responsibilities include overseeing metallurgical processes such as robotic welding and thermal cutting, as well as developing process improvements and team training. Previous roles include CNC Operator and Programmer, as well as Laser Cutting Programmer at Guerra S.A., where Carlos specialized in laser cutting machine programming and auditing for ISO9001 compliance. Carlos began their career as an assembler at MEBRAFE INSTALAÇÕES and holds a Bachelor of Technology in Industrial Production Management from the University of Caxias do Sul, complemented by a Technical degree in Industrial Management from Escola São Pelegrino. Additionally, Carlos is involved in volunteer work, teaching technical disciplines to beginners through a community project.
