Mikhail Novichkov is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in production engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Production Engineering Manager at Marelli since May 2021, Mikhail leads the PE & ME aspects of the Marelli Interior Business Unit in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. Prior work at Ford Motor Company spanned nearly 15 years, where Mikhail held various positions, including New Model Program Manager and Trim and Final Senior Process Engineer, overseeing product launches and optimizing assembly processes.
