Murat Kesen

Murat Kesen is an experienced purchasing professional currently serving as the Purchasing Director for Marelli's EMEA Automotive Lighting business unit since May 2023. Previously, Murat held the position of Purchasing Manager at Marelli MAKO from February 2015 to May 2023, overseeing Turkey Purchasing for the Automotive Lighting sector. Prior roles include Purchasing Responsible, SQE Responsible, and Supplier Quality Engineer at Magneti Marelli MAKO from September 2009 to February 2015, and Supplier Quality Engineer at Valeo from September 2005 to October 2009. Murat holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Uludag University, where studies were completed from 2001 to 2009, and attended Gemlik Celal Bayar Anadolu Lisesi from 1993 to 2001.
