Riccardo de Filippi

Riccardo De Filippi is an accomplished professional in the motorsport industry, currently serving as SVP & CEO Motorsport and Managing Director Motorsport at Magneti Marelli since January 2018. With a career spanning several key roles at Magneti Marelli S.p.A. - Motorsport from May 2006 to December 2017, including Head of Development, Head of Electronics, and Head of Software Development, Riccardo has extensive experience in advanced technologies for motorsport applications. Prior to this, Riccardo was a Software Development Manager at Toyota Motorsport GmbH from April 2000 to April 2006, where responsibilities included embedded software development for the Toyota Panasonic F1 Racing Team, and started as a Software Developer at Magneti Marelli S.p.A. - Motorsport from January 1996 to March 2000. Riccardo holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Università di Pavia, obtained in 1994.
