Roberto Galatola

Roberto Galatola is the Head of Launch Management at Marelli Electric Powertrain Division, where they lead a diverse international team responsible for the industrialization of electric motors and vehicle control systems. They possess extensive experience in production and project management, having successfully launched new plants and optimized existing operations across regions such as China, Eastern Europe, and Brazil. Prior to their current role, Roberto held managerial positions at Magneti Marelli and STIGA, where they applied Lean Manufacturing principles to improve production processes. Roberto earned a Laurea Magistrale in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.
