Stefano Ghiringhelli is an accomplished manufacturing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Manufacturing Planning Director at Marelli since November 2017, Stefano is responsible for overseeing budget management and industrial KPI coordination. Prior to this, Stefano held a managerial position at PwC Italy, focusing on productivity improvement initiatives within the automotive sector and supporting change management for Kazakhstan Railways. At KONE, Stefano was instrumental in coordinating global electrification factory activities and leading engineering projects, having started as an industrial engineer. Stefano's career began at Apex Consulting, where a strong specialization in MTM techniques was developed. Stefano holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, with a focus on Logistics and Production, from Politecnico di Milano.
