Teresa Sanchez

Teresa Sanchez is the Director of Legal and Compliance for the Latin America region at Marelli, where they manage the legal department and provide strategic support to decision-making processes. They previously held positions as General Legal Manager at Iveco Brasil and Senior Lawyer at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, specializing in areas such as legal risk management and corporate governance. Before these roles, they served as the Head of Legal at Comau do Brasil, where they established the legal and compliance department for the Latin American operations. Teresa earned a Bacharelado em Direito from UERJ, completing their degree in 1996, and has co-authored the book “Gestão Estratégica do Departamento Jurídico Moderno.”
