Vinita Shrivastava

Vinita Shrivastava has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Vinita is currently serving as the Vice President & Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Orgn Development at Marelli. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Director on the Board of Unitherm Engineers Limited and as an Independent HR Consultant at Human Quotient. Vinita has also held leadership positions at Syngene International Limited, Sasken Technologies Limited, and HARMAN International, where they were responsible for various HR functions and played a crucial role in the company's growth and success. Additionally, they have worked at Confederation of Indian Industry, Tesco, HCL Technologies, and as a freelance Design Consultant. Vinita brings a wealth of experience in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development to their current role.

Vinita Shrivastava completed their Management degree at Cornell University in 2006-2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Management degree at Barkatullah University in Bhopal from 1996 to 1998. Additionally, they studied History at Home Science College in Jabalpur, and completed their Higher Secondary education with a focus on Biology at St. Joseph's Convent in Sagar.
