Melanie Daugherty

Melanie Daugherty is an accomplished Industrial Engineer with extensive experience in manufacturing and project management. Currently employed at Marena since January 2023, Melanie previously worked as a Consultant at CODERED BUSINESS SOLUTIONS INC. Additionally, Melanie served as a Loan Processing Assistant and Mortgage Loan Originator at RIGHT NOW MORTGAGE, LLC, and has a background as a Manufacturing Engineer at Boeing and John Deere, where technical skills were applied to enhance safety and optimize manufacturing processes. Early career experiences include roles as a Front Desk Clerk and Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, along with internships in Quality Assurance Engineering and Metallurgical Engineering. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, as well as additional coursework in Engineering Design from Universidad ORT Uruguay.
