Shiva Bolourchi

Shiva Bolourchi has over 13 years of experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. In 2021, they began working as the Director of Strategy and Operations for Marengo Therapeutics. From 2019 to 2021, they held three roles at AstraZeneca, including Director of Early Oncology R&D Portfolio Strategy & Implementation Lead, Associate Director of Business Strategy & Portfolio Cell Unit & IO-Circuits Oncology R&D, and Associate Director of External R&D, Global Network Lead, Oncology. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Alliance & Biologics Project Manager and CMC Project Manager at MedImmune. In 2016, they held two roles, Senior Manager Strategic Alliances at NantKwest and Senior Manager, Alliances and Planning at Brink Biologics. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Project Manager and Business Development Associate at STC Biologics Inc. From 2012 to 2015, they were a PhD Researcher at NYU Langone Health. In 2011, they were a Summer Proteomics Intern at Infinity Pharmaceuticals and in 2010, they were a Masters Research student at Boston University School of Medicine. In 2007, they were a Process Development Intern at Shire Pharmaceuticals.

Shiva Bolourchi completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Boston University in 2011. Shiva then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Biotechnology from the same university, which they completed in 2012. After that, they attended New York University, where they received their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Molecular Pharmacology in 2015. Currently, Shiva is enrolled at Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, where they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.).
