Dennis Bisgaard

Dennis Bisgaard currently serves as the Head of School at Maret School, a position held since July 2023. With a robust background in educational leadership, Bisgaard has held various interim head roles at Park Tudor School, Friends School of Baltimore, and The Northwest School. The founding headship at Whittle School & Studios and a long tenure as Head of School at Kingswood Oxford School mark significant milestones in Bisgaard's career. Earlier roles include senior administrative positions and educational roles at prestigious institutions such as Collegiate School and The Bryn Mawr School. An accomplished educator, Bisgaard holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Teachers College, Columbia University, along with extensive academic qualifications in literature and physical education from institutions in Denmark and the United States.
