Conor Foley

Conor Foley is currently the Head of Business Development for Security-Based Swaps at Marex, a role they began in 2024. They have owned Prospect Strategies since 2020 and served as Managing Director of Derivatives at Clear Street from 2021 to 2023. Conor was previously Global Head of Government Relations and Public Policy at Norton Rose Fulbright from 2014 to 2019 and was a Partner at Penta from 2006 to 2014. Conor’s education includes a GDL and LPC from BPP Law School, an MS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, and a BA in Politics from Trinity College Dublin.
