Graham Francis

Graham Francis currently serves as Group COO at Marex, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Graham held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Global Broking at TP ICAP from July 2021 to June 2023. Graham's extensive experience in the industry includes serving as Managing Director and EMEA Head of Energy and Commodities at ICAP from October 2008 to August 2021, and structuring roles at Lehman Brothers and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. Additionally, Graham's career began as a Tax Solicitor at Linklaters from May 2001 to September 2005. Graham holds a MA (Oxon) in Law from the University of Oxford, completing studies there from 1996 to 1999, and attended Neston Comprehensive School from 1989 to 1996.
