Jorys Gaudre has a diverse work experience ranging from sales and trading to financial advisory roles. Jorys started their career as a Wealth Manager Junior at Allianz Global Investors in 2011. Jorys then worked as a Sales representative at CALAO Finance where they supported the sales and origination team in acquiring and managing clients. In 2013, they joined Equance as an Investment Advisor Junior, where they focused on developing a high-end clientele and conducting in-depth wealth studies. Jorys later joined Société Générale as a Corporate Banker Assistant in 2014, followed by a role as a Buy Side Trader at ProCapital. In 2018, they joined Banque Populaire du Sud as a Charge d'Affaires, focusing on serving large corporations. Most recently, Jorys worked at Western Union Business Solutions as an FX Corporate Sales Derivatives specialist. Jorys is currently the Head of French FX Solutions Sales & Structuring at Marex Solutions, where they advise corporates on hedging strategies and manages their FX flow business.

Jorys Gaudre has a strong education background in the field of finance and business. Jorys obtained a Master's degree in Management with a major in Market Finance from ESC Amiens, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended IDRAC Business school from 2008 to 2010 and earned a BTS degree in Management of Commercial Units with a focus on International Commerce. During their time at IDRAC, Jorys also participated in an exchange program at the University of Portsmouth in 2008 and 2009.

Before pursuing higher education, Jorys completed their Baccalauréat at Les Maristes - La Seyne in 2006. Their Baccalauréat degree had a scientific focus, with a specialization in Mathematics.

In addition to their formal education, Jorys has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Jorys completed the Bloomberg Market Concepts certification through Bloomberg in November 2023. Additionally, in January 2016, they obtained the Certification AMF (SEC French equivalent) from Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in France. These certifications demonstrate their commitment to staying updated in the finance industry and their dedication to continuous learning.
