Tim Johanson

Tim Johanson currently serves as the Director of Energy Solutions for NORAM at Marex Solutions, a position assumed in February 2024. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Senior Director of Energy Derivatives at Cargill from July 2014 to February 2024, where responsibilities included assessing the consumer segment of the energy marketplace and engaging in sales and origination activities. Tim's earlier experience includes roles as Senior Marketer at CHS, managing ethanol plant relationships, and as Vice President of Business Development at Linwood Capital, LLC, where Tim developed price risk management programs for energy consumers. Tim's career at Cargill began in February 2008 as Director of Energy Derivatives, focusing on energy risk management advisory services. Tim holds an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas.
