Megan Walker has an extensive work experience beginning in 2006 when they were a High School Teacher at Eltham High School. In 2008, they worked as a Teacher of English as a Foreign Language at the British Council. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at Sanofi in various roles, including HR Associate and HR Trainee - Young Trainee Graduate Program. From 2011 to 2019, they worked at Catenon Worldwide Executive Search as an International Business Development Manager - Technology, Chemicals and International Consultant. In their role as International Consultant, they managed the full cycle of recruitment and selection processes for mid-high level positions across all sectors on an international level. In 2019, they began working at Marfeel as the Director of People, Head of People, and Hiring Manager.

Megan Walker began their educational journey in 2000, when they earned their Bachelor of Arts in French and Theirtory from the University of Sydney. In 2005, they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Melbourne, specializing in Secondary Teaching (French, Theirtory). In 2007, they earned a CELTA Certificate of English Language Teaching from International House Barcelona. From 2008 to 2009, they obtained a Masters in Human Resources from EADA Business School. In 2009, they earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Most recently, in 2019, they completed a Curso intensivo en Growth Hacking y Growth Marketing from a Growth Hacking Course.
