Hayley Finn

Hayley Finn has a diverse work experience across various companies. Hayley started their career as an Undergraduate Intern at Ernst & Young in 2007. Hayley then joined PwC as a Senior Associate in 2008 and later became a Manager. In 2014, Hayley joined Tesco as a Senior Business Analyst before moving to Whitbread as a Group Internal Audit Manager in 2015. Hayley then worked at Costa Coffee, starting as the Group Financial Controller from 2016 to 2019. Hayley then became the Head of Finance Global Functions and later the Global Head of Reward. Currently, they are the Global Director of People Partnering at Costa Coffee. In addition to their professional roles, Hayley is also a Member of the Board of Trustees at Costa Foundation since 2022.

Hayley Finn obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of East Anglia in 2008. Hayley then pursued a Chartered Accountant degree at Kaplan from 2008 to 2011, specializing in Accounting.
