Arieke Omta

Arieke Omta is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Marfo since August 2021, Arieke focuses on strategic business partnership, performance management, and employer branding for approximately 300 FTE. Prior experience includes HR Business Partner at Facilicom Group, where Arieke advised on labor law and employee performance, and HR Specialist at FrieslandCampina, where implementation of HR projects and process improvements were key responsibilities. Additional roles include Projectmanager HR Services and Business Manager at Unique, and Manager Opleiden at Bataviawerf, showcasing a strong foundation in HR services, recruitment, and leadership development. Arieke holds a Bachelor’s degree in HRM from Hanze University and has certification in Lean methodology.
