Rocio Constanza Diaz

Rocio Constanza Diaz is an experienced environmental management professional currently serving as the Responsable de medio ambiente at Marfrig Global Foods since April 2020, overseeing the environmental department for the Baradero and Pilar plants and managing waste. Previously, Rocio held the position of Líder de efluentes, supervising a team of four and leading projects within the sector. Prior experience includes an internship at Glucovil Argentina SA focusing on biogas generation and process optimization, as well as a role as Analista de producción at Jumalá SA, where production indicators were analyzed and managed. Rocio holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Rio Cuarto and a diploma in Environmental Management from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional.
