Cate Farmer

Cate Farmer is a seasoned hospitality executive with extensive experience in hotel and resort management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President Hotels & Resorts at Margaritaville since November 2021, Cate oversees a diverse portfolio of over 40 properties across North America, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. Previous roles include General Manager at Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort, where Cate contributed to redefining destination style resorts, and General Manager at Mondrian Baha Mar, focusing on unique luxury experiences in the Caribbean. Cate has also held significant positions with Morgans Hotel Group, including General Manager at Ames in Boston and Hotel Manager at Mondrian Miami, and has a rich background in various operational roles at Renaissance Hotels and Wyndham Hotel Group. Cate holds a BA in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
