Phoebe Simon

Phoebe Simon has a diverse range of work experience. Phoebe started their career as an Intern at the National Institute, where they focused on genomic research. In 2021, they participated in the Lafayette Explore and Connect Externship Program at ScottMadden, Inc., gaining insight into consulting projects. Phoebe then joined Podium in 2022 as an Inbound Sales Development Representative, using Salesforce to prospect and facilitate the sales process. Currently, they are working at MarginEdge as a Business Technology Solutions Associate, utilizing Salesforce and ChurnZero platforms for data analysis and customer success tracking. In addition, they have supported the Senior Vice President of Sales in administrative tasks and recruiting new hires during their internship as a Business Development Intern at MarginEdge.

Phoebe Simon received their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Lafayette College, where they studied from 2018 to 2022. In addition, they obtained a certification in Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace from ESSEC Business School in May 2023.
