Brianna Serra

Brianna Serra started their professional career in 2016 at Cielo Talent as an Onboarding Specialist, where they were responsible for completing welcome calls and emails to hiring leaders, facilitating discovery calls with clients, and reviewing vendor systems daily. In 2017, they became a Senior Onboarding Specialist, taking on additional responsibilities such as workflow management and ensuring excellent service to candidates and clients. Brianna worked at Cielo Talent until August 2021. In 2021, Brianna joined Extension, Inc as an Account Executive, where they worked until July 2023. Currently, they are a Sales Executive at Margle Media, a leading media agency specializing in video content creation and management.

Brianna Serra obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, where they studied Communication and Media Studies as well as Spanish from 2012 to 2016. In 2015, they also had the opportunity to study Hispanic and Latin American Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics at the Universitat de Barcelona. Additionally, Brianna pursued further studies in Spanish Language and Literature at the same university, although the exact duration of this program is unspecified.
