Paul Peranio

Paul is an accounting and auditing senior manager with over 20 years of experience. He is involved in the planning and supervision of various audit engagements, as well as the preparation and review of various corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns. Paul has been extensively involved in all phases of client services in the real estate industry including real estate owners/operators and property management companies. His real estate experience has enabled him to service clients with large and diverse portfolios. Paul is a member of our Real Estate Practice Group.

Paul received his Bachelor's Degree from Queens College and his Masters in Taxation from C.W. Post University (Greenvale, NY). He was awarded his CPA in 1995.

Paul is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
