Phillip Laycock

Phil is an audit and assurance partner with more than two decades of experience advising clients in a variety of industries.

Since 1992, Phil has focused on helping guide clients in strategic matters including tax, acquisitions, management team, processes and systems. He has aided in buy-side due diligence quality of earnings projects, ESOP modeling for business transitions, and cost segregation studies.

Phil also leverages his expertise to help engineer new quality control and assurance processes, peer reviews, implement new technology, and advise clients on management and internal control matters.

His industry specialties include Manufacturing/Distribution, Construction, Real Estate, Healthcare, Financial Services, Technology, Alternative Finance and the Food and Beverage industry. Phil has been interviewed by and written extensively on accounting and audit issues for a variety of publications, including Long Island Business News and US News and World Report.

He earned his B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University and lives in Huntington, NY with his wife, boy/girl twins and a Labradoodle.
