Victor has more than 10 years of experience in real estate tax planning, deal structuring, tax accounting, and partnership taxation. At MWE, he is involved with different facets of real estate including acquisitions, financing, debt restructurings and modifications, 1031 exchanges, cost segregation studies and other transactions and planning on behalf of real estate developers, contractors, investors, property managers, nursing home owners and operators, and other diverse businesses.
Victor is an active member of the firm’s Real Estate and Construction Group and the Technology Practice Group. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
