Roberto Xompero

Roberto Xompero's work experience includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Margraf Spa since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Founder and COO of Concrit from October 2020 to May 2023. Roberto also worked as the Head of Operations at Abiby from September 2020 to March 2021. From June 2018 to September 2020, Roberto worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), starting as a Visiting Associate before becoming an Associate and then a Senior Associate. In 2015, they completed a stage (internship) at Saint-Gobain, where they took the lead in a team responsible for merging two subsidiaries and managing logistics and production planning. In 2012, Roberto completed a stage (internship) at Traconf srl, gaining a general understanding of the logistics of Giorgio Armani's business.

Roberto Xompero completed their education with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Management Engineering, specializing in Digital Business and Market Innovation, from Politecnico di Milano in 2017. Prior to that, they received a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in General Engineering from Centrale Nantes, also in 2017. In 2015, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management and Production Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. Additionally, Roberto Xompero has certifications in Business Analytics from Coursera Course Certificates, TOEIC 880 from Educational Testing Service (ETS), DALF C2 from Centre international d'études pédagogiques (CIEP), and IELTS 7.0 from British Council.
