Dr. Hamid Sarfraz (h.c.)

Dr. Hamid Sarfraz (h.c.) has a strong background in human resources and organizational psychology. Dr. Hamid began their career in 2016 as a Business Consultant at SMEDA. In 2019, they joined ABN Overseas Education as the Head of HR & OD/Organizational Psychologist, and later transitioned to the role of Human Resources Manager/Organizational Psychologist. Dr. Hamid also served as the Head of Human Resources/Organizational Psychologist at YNN News. In 2021, Dr. Sarfraz entered the field of mental health therapy and held positions as a Mental Health Therapist at AltMed Hospital, Shifaam Healthcare, MARHAM - Find, Ask and Consult doctor, oladoc.com, and Thelistener.pk. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant/Instructor at Grinfer and as a Visiting Faculty Member at Airschool. Dr. Hamid Sarfraz (h.c.) has a diverse range of experience in HR, organizational psychology, business consulting, and teaching.

Dr. Hamid Sarfraz (h.c.) has an extensive education history that spans across various fields of study and institutions. In 2022, they obtained a Graduate Certificate/Diploma in Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell University. During the same year, they also earned a Graduate Certificate/Diploma in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the same institution. In 2020, Dr. Sarfraz attended Harvard University and received a Diploma in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Dr. Hamid also pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Social Sciences from the School of Business and Trade from 2020 to 2021. In addition, they completed a Mini MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI) in 2020.

Prior to these higher education degrees, Dr. Sarfraz completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing from the Lahore School of Economics between 2014 and 2016. Dr. Hamid obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University Of Central Punjab between 2008 and 2013. Moreover, they completed their High School education at Garrison Degree College in 2008, specializing in HSSC. Intermediate (Pre-Medical). Dr. Sarfraz's secondary education took place at Garrison Boys High School, where they completed their SSC. Matriculation studies from 1997 to 2006.
