Nancy Belmont has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Nancy started their career at the National Forum Foundation as a Grants Administrator, where they supported the political and economic transformation of emerging democracies. Following this, Nancy worked at Freedom House as the Director of Grants Administration, managing a $5M budget and leading a team of accountants. Nancy then moved on to co-found Vessence Corporation, where they served as the CEO and Chief Inspiration Officer, growing the company to 12 employees with $1.2M/year in revenue. Additionally, Nancy led the We Live Big Movement, a community-building program of Vessence, promoting human flourishing through public art and empowerment tools. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Strategic Partnerships at MARi, a human potential technology platform leveraging AI to match individuals with jobs and facilitate up-skilling and re-skilling.

Nancy Belmont earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Writing from the University of Iowa, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they completed their high school education at Logan High School from 1984 to 1988. In 2013, Nancy obtained a Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University. Additionally, Nancy has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including becoming an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation in 2014 and obtaining a Professional Strengths, Values & Storyline Survey certification from the Storybranding Group in 2016. Recently, in 2021, they earned a 200hr RYT Kundalini Yoga Teacher Certification from Kundalini University, and in 2022, they became a Reiki Master from Four Directions Wellness.
