Sydney Roti has a diverse range of work experience. In 2010, they worked at Buffalo Wild Wings as a cashier. In 2014, they interned at Relevance Communications as a marketing intern and at Page One Public Relations as a public relations intern. In 2015, they worked as a brand ambassador for Baderbrau. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Northwestern Mutual in various roles, including campus recruiting intern, internship coordinator, campus recruiter, and senior campus recruiter. Finally, in 2019, they began working at Maria Pinto, starting as a fulfillment assistant and moving up to assistant operations manager and operations manager. They currently hold the position of director of strategic partnerships and operations.

Sydney Roti obtained their Bachelor's degree in Communication, General from the University of Illinois Chicago between 2012 and 2016.
